Condominium Management

• In line with our main area of business, House Management and the personalized service we provide to our clients, we restrict our Condominium Management practice to projects under 40 units, a size that will enable us to have a close personal relationship with all owners.
  
• Our Condominium Management service is only offered in the City of Toronto core.
  
• Our fees are extremely competitive
  
• Currently we manage six small distinctive projects- all within a few kilometers of each other.
  
• In recent years we have been called upon to provide our services to an increasing number of owners of individual condominium units. Our normal monthly management fee for this service is  $127.20 including GST.
