clients, we restrict our Condominium Management practice to projects under
40 units, a size that will enable us to have a close personal relationship
with all owners.

Our Condominium Management service is only offered in the City of Toronto core.

Our fees are extremely competitive

Currently we manage nine small distinctive projects- all within a few kilometers of each other.

In recent years we have been called upon to provide our services to an increasing number of owners of individual condominium units. Our normal monthly management fee for this service is $120.00 per unit +HST
